What is Video Game Party Rentals?
Powered by PIKATEK Corp. Video Game Party Rentals is a ALL Handheld unit Video Game Consoles meant to lend out for 1 Complete Day of Competitive Fun/Events/Experiences together with up to 10 units (more if requested) at a time for local wireless multiplayer, not bound by any time on restraint from the conventional Game Truck Rental, you and your friends/family can play together All Day and All Night Long with unforgettable Entertainment Together!
How Many People Can Play?
Depending on how many units or packages you've ordered you can play to that amount. Most Households love doing 10 Player Competitions, you can connect up to 2 TVs & extra controllers to a Device for additional player fun.
Which Handheld Video Game Consoles are used for the Event/Party?
The HOTTEST New* Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch Lite's these are the most reliable Consoles to play together and Maximize Fun for the whole Event they can connect wirelessly together without the need of WiFi (unless specified by the game itself*) so its possible to play outdoors together as long as they are in Range. We are Testing out Future Fun XBOX Handheld Systems when they eventually release, that is yet to be determined so stay Tuned as we will Have exciting new systems to play with!
What Type of Games do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of games across several genres, including arcade, racing, sports, and multiplayer games. Our game list is suitable for all ages and preferences. Check out our games list here. Upon booking your party, please let us know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and will make inappropriate games unavailable.
Can We Pick up the Handheld Consoles?
This would certainly make our job easier, and there wouldn't be a Delivery & setup fee. However because these are highly sought after units we must Facilitate it for now. Our Delivery Driver must make sure the setup is made properly on-site photos to take before & after of the units themselves make sure everything is in good working order and more photos must be taken where the event is taking place. Please stay tuned for when we open the door for you to be able to pick up our console units
When is your Arrival Setup time and Pick up time?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-2 hours before noon. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up hours in advance since there's a lot of demand. If this is the case, we will call in advanced to confirm that someone will be at the party location. pick-up times may be as early between 6am and 10am the latest the following day. please always make sure some one is there for pick-up and communicate with us if there's any issues or delays as other customers will be waiting for the units.
How Reliable are the units we are renting?
Every Unit must be tested properly before for the best possible user experience & tested on-site after they've been rented, if there's any issues upon drop-off please notify us immediately. if there's and issues with any of the units after pick up we must abide with the user rental agreement contract.
Are renters responsible for the unit if it gets damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Joy con drift may occur during gameplay. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. we will also enhance the protection of each unit for increased damage protection. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. stolen device/misplaced, taking one of the units in bathroom or near pool) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
Are the renters responsible for their own power and charger?
Yes. much like as if your renting a jumping house its using your home energy power or a generator for the air blower going to keep the jumping house up. Remember the Blockbuster Video rental days where you had to rewind a VHS Cassette back to the beginning before returning the Movie back? similarly it applies to our Video Game Consoles, we will provide power cables and charging banks, but please make sure units are charged after cease of use, that way our next clients can enjoy the units with sufficient charge.
What payments does Video Game Party Rentals take?
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Will your Units be Clean?
Yes. The Video Game Consoles should be clean when you get it. Video Game Party Rental cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Do you have delivery & setup fee's?
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible delays due to traffic and labor for that travel, fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
What Environments do you set up on?
when dealing with Mobile Electronic devices it's ideal to have a clean environment where there's a designated section for all the units to be setup at whether that be in your home or business or outdoor patio, we understand that Parties can get hectic and we lose sight of what's going on, it would be a good idea to make a Video Game section for your Party whether that be in one major living room or outside patio or even business office room.

Will the kids know what to do?
That’s why we bring our Game Coach! for 30 minutes He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year! A HUGE plus if there's a Veteran Gamer knowledgeable with Nintendo Switch Games & Products
What about bad weather?
Never stopped us from playing inside.
What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
No, our parties do not have a limit, but only 10 people can play at one time. For school, church, non-profit, corporate parties and reunions, guests can rotate and there will be enough time for everyone to take turns after all your enjoying the units for the rest of the Day.
Do I request certain games? Can we bring our own games?
We always bring our full game library limited to the Switch and Switch 2 to every event and your Game Coach will evaluate your needs to make your event is successful. You can certainly bring your own Nintendo Switch games, should you choose to do so.
