PAYMENT POLICY:
A valid credit or debit card is required to book an event or party. A Non-Refundable $50 deposit is to be paid in full within 48 hours of receipt of deposit invoice after that No Returns or Claims of Deposit. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full on the date of the scheduled event or party.

CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Our booking dates and times go quickly. A Non-Refundable deposit of $50.00 is required for all bookings to reserve the date and time.   The full remaining amount of the party will be due on the date of the event or party. If a conflict should arise and a change of date and/or time needs to be made accommodations will be considered based on availability at no charge, within three (3) months of the original event date and only once. If cancellation is the only option ~ this will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the event.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
Our primary service area is a 40-mile radius our Select Business  See our Service Area page for coverage areas.

BAD WEATHER:
No Problem! Video Game Party Rentals Can Drive to you at the comfort of your own Home.  There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated major storm or other strong weather events) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
Video Game Party Rentals does require a parent or responsible adult to be present for parties with guests under age 12. No taking consoles in Bathrooms or near swimming pools.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when the event or party deems itself unsafe determined by an on-sight game coach. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

DAMAGE/INJURY:
Video Game Party Rentals nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Video Game Party Rentals reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of by clients guests. Neither Video Game Party Rentals nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK:
Video Game Party Rentals does not like any greasy food stains on the console units. please wash hands before and after using the units and make sure all units are cleaned after use. please consider any drinks spilled on the units may result on replacement of the unit on the cost of the client.

TIPS:

When Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and inspect all consoles units are good to go for the next 30 minutes before the Coach is going to another client drop-off. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

OUR Vehicle Arrival:
When we pull up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object).  WE WILL NOT BACK INTO DRIVEWAYS **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
Video Game Party Rentals will not play any “M” rated or higher without authorization from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there.

Please be advised that a PIKATEK agent of Video Game Party Rental Representative will contact you shortly to confirm the date and details of your party or event.  A Non-Refundable $50 deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation. Remaining fees will need to be paid in full 24 hours before the day of your party or event.
